Alec Lightwood

Alec is amazing. I love him and Magnus together. But just to get this out of the way early...

I think he's going to die.

Why? Because CC did say that one of the Lightwoods would die, and she tends to go for more of a dramatic punch, and Alec dieing would definately be the most dramatic out of the Lightwoods. Can't see Isabelle so much, because she hasn't had much to prove in the story, unlike Alec, who has grown more as a character. Those are just my thoughts.

I think that it'll either be Alec or Max.

Alec more likely because he has such emotional connections with the characters, and the readers too.

but then, Max would be heartwrenching also. He's very dear to his family and very very dear to Jace also.

So either of them dying would have a huge dramatic impact.

I hated Alec when I was reading CoB. but by the end, when he and Clary have a truce of sorts, I definitely jumped on the "I love Alec" train. And then he was great in CoA.

Alec is a sweet guy......excluding when he ws a complete and utter ass to Clary in CoB. He makes the book contoversial (did I spell that righ ) in a way. It makes the book different. And Alec and Magnus together.....LOVE IT! <3
The book just wouldn't be whole without him!

If contoversial in my other post means the wrong thing, Oops, I meant to say 'different'. But the word different just didn't fit with the sentence.
